The Role
Worked on two different projects - one for four months, the other for eight months. The first four months were in a role I didn't enjoy at all (if it had been a full time placement I wouldn't have even applied). After I moved onto the second project I really enjoyed it - working with a really good team and learning a lot.
Working in fairly small teams I felt I fit in quite well
Really appreciated the advice/support given by my supervisors
First role was extremely busy - in four months I managed 90 hours of overtime on top of a 37.5 hour week.
Both roles were highly involved.
Definitely learned a lot on both roles during my placement
The Company
Generally a good atmosphere, sometimes stressful.
Overall quite well, though the first placement was based out-of-town and corporate expenses card wasn't provided until two weeks later - meaning I had to pay out for two weeks of hotels/meals after I have moved down to London.
Lots of training opportunities available.

I've had a job offer from Accenture and am currently deciding whether or not to take it.
The Culture
Most events were project/client-specific, there were a handful of intern events across the year
Living in London was expensive, especially on the placement salary. Though most Accenture events were open-bar, there was only around one every couple of months.
First project based in Newbury was fairly quiet, second was based in Chiswick (West London) which gave much more options for nights out
Lots of opportunities to get involved with a range of different activities.
