The Role
Would have preferred to be busier
Seen as a memeber of the team from the beginning. Knowledge on subjects valued.
High support from my mentor, less support from manager but still satisfactory
Periods of low emount of work available due to low partnerdemand for assistance
Ability to fully manage projects with partners from beginning to end even when large amounts of money involved. Trusted with managing multiple servers
My skills have diversed. Multiple internal and external training courses available. Excellent place to learn new skills
The Company
Nice friendly team, ability to network with many different people
Organisation of placement was not the best, even though was infomred promptly if I had the job after the final assessment centre.
Manager willing to place me on multiple courses, also ability to train using the internal training system
Many different prospects however there is a large intake of graduates which means the work load is reduced to a below average amount
The Culture
There are about 70 other interns
Living was reasonable compared to income. Many different sports clubs in the area
Reading town centre close by
Many opportunities with other interns and graduates
