The Role
hated the 50/60 hour weeks
colleagues made the experience enjoyable, made lots of new friends
management were always to busy to provide support and guidance
always very busy
never given real responsibility just seen as an office run around
i definitely developed some skills but wouldn't work there for longer than 3 months...
The Company
atmosphere in the office was fun so long as head office management didn't visit, then it felt more like an ambush
it was well organised however the intended structure was not followed
you have 1 week of training, which is an epic waste of time. that teaches you nothing but you do get a chance to meet future colleagues
Financial Bonus
wouldn't even work there if i was paid 100k a month...
The Culture
no one really had much energy to go out after 50/60 hour week of work
based in hatfield which isn't very expensive in comparison to london
no nightlife in hatfield at all but then again no one ever had any energy left to go out!!
i didn't experience/hear of any
