The Role
loved it!
I was made to feel as part of the team from day 1.
I felt I could talk to my manager regarding any issues I had with work/life balance.
My manager held monthly 1:1 to ensure I was happy with my workload.
I was given responsibility to a certain extend with running a programme, but was made aware I could always contact my manager for advice and support.
Skills I have gained include time management, interpersonal skills, communication skills and networking skills.
