The Role
I really enjoyed my role and learned a great deal from it.
I had a highly supportive team who would respond positively to my work and would always show their appreciation when appropriate.
My manager gave me support whenever I required it.
My work came in peaks and troughs but I was usually quite busy.
I was given lots of responsibility over various tasks and the management of systems.
My role related directly to Operations Management modules I had taken so I gained in depth knowledge about how Lean Six Sigma operates in real working conditions.
The Company
The people were very friendly and always make an effort to say hello or have a quick chat.
It was done very professionally.
I was given the opportunity to become trained within Lean Six Sigma as a Yellowbelt.
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I would happily work for this company again.
The Culture
Xerox employs around 80 students so there are always social events going on.
Uxbridge and London are very expensive.
Uxbridge is quite a small town but it is easy to get to London where there is lots to do.
There were some but not many directly related to the company.
