The Role
Very well structured, regular feedback and constructive guidance.
Was valued as a key member of the team and given responsibility beyond expected at 'intern level'.
The Company
Very friendly atmosphere, everyone is eager to get to knwo you and answer any questions.
Well structured on a variety of levels, both team-specific tasks as well as a chance to work with interns across different teams in a 10-week 'portfolio challenge'.
A number of key speaker series from senior employees across the firm. A 3 day introduction to Investment management. A number of presentation skills workshops.
Company Parties/Events
Got offered a graduate role.
The Culture
A few organised social events helped integrate the interns.
London - accomodation is expensive.
In London there are always good places to go either around the office or just East of the city.
A few opportunities; organised firmwide networking events are available to attend on a approx. a monthly basis.
