Great opportunity to gain understanding of the corporate business environment
Feedback on efforts was continous
Personal Development plan was set in place from the beginning with reviews to help with progression
Varied depending on the needs of the business.
Developed both soft skills massively and my behaviours as a young professional that have helped shape me and prepare me for post-graduation roles.
