The Role
Very enjoyable. Friendly staff and a positive environment.
Managers would always recognise your hard work
Always supported by colleagues.
Very busy everyday. However, each day is different as the tasks vary
A lot or responsibility is given. It's good if you like to give yourself a challenge.
Develop sales, marketing and management skills.
The Company
Positive atmosphere.
Was quite organised, depending on employee's attitudes to getting the work done.
Regular training given by supervisor on different areas of the business.
Good company to work for, as progression can happen fast.
The Culture
Good social scene, however, because of different shift work, it was extremely difficult to organise and plan days out
Wasn't too expensive around the Heathrow area
No nightlife in Heathrow. Had to travel to Windsor about 20 mins away
