The Role
Good people to work with, but some jobs were tedious and not challenging
I was treated very well, everyone was willing to help and appreciated the work I did.
Always received help.
Busy most weeks, never had unrealistic deadlines. Last week was a little quiet due to the nature of my arrangement.
I was always supervised, but a number of jobs involved checking work that which had to be done correctly.
Developed a number of skills using new and old software and knowledge about the industry itself.
The Company
Generally quiet, lunchtime meetings were good.
When I arrived I had work to do straight away, plus colleagues in other offices knew when I was available.
I was often asked what I wanted to learn/ work on and they did their best in sorting that out.
Flexi Time
National Travel
I would like to gain work experience in other industries, but I enjoyed the work and the atmosphere and could see myself working for them again.
The Culture
I shared some interests with a number of colleagues, but did not do much outside work.
Average
Did not experience the nightlife, but I imagined it to be good based on the amount of places to go in the day.
One tennis match was arranged and a visit to a theatre.
