The Role
I loved every day on my internship and didn't want it to end.
Everyone was very happy to help me to learn my role regardless of how busy they were themselves. Social events helped to build relationships with employees.
I received excellent guidance from people at all levels within the firm. In particular, my mentor was always helping to improve my understanding of the industry.
I always found myself with plenty of work to do.
I was very surprised with the amount of responsibility I was given, and appreciated the chance to demonstrate my skills.
During my placement I developed a multitude of skills, in particular time management, problem solving and my overall confidence.
The Company
The office has found an excellent mixture between getting work done efficiently whilst allowing for appropriate amount of socialising which enhanced morale.
The internship was very well organised with all of the information and training I needed provided in a folder at the start of the internship for reference throughout. I attended a meeting halfway through and at the end of the placement to discuss my progress, the mid-placement meeting particularly helped me to focus on how to best advance my skills.
I attended a training day at the start of the internship with other students, and had the opportunity to attend various training events for staff throughout the placement.

Company Parties/Events
The company seems very friendly and the perfect organisation to work for.
The Culture
I was happy to be invited to inter-office sports and social events which helped to give the impression of a very friendly company.
The location of the office meant that travel was not too expensive, and the general price of the area was reasonable.
The excellent nightlife gave some opportunities to go out with colleagues and get to know them better.
Colleagues were always interested in socialising outside of work, for example meals out and sports events.
