The Role
Great fast paced environment to work in at first can be overwhelming but great fun.
Working sometimes long and stressful days your team becomes your second family everyones worked at your level so all efforts are greatly appreciated.
Everyone in the branch are there to give you guidance even though they may seem busy ask loads of questions they will always have time for you!
The day fly's by one thing i learnt at enterprise is 'everyday is a school day' always something new to learnt to keep you busy.
LOTS! Being in the branch for 4 months and being sent down to the smaller satellite branch to run it for the day was the most scary experience of my life but amazing at the same time.
leadership, how to run the business as if its your own, marketing, logistics, networking, relationship building, sales skills, confidence, a secured graduate job and part time work whilst in my final year. what more could you want?
The Company
Every job will have a day where it all goes pear shaped but at enterprise its the the office 'banter' that will improve your day.
Training folder to work through stages, regular training classes at head office.
completed my training folder and MQI in under 12 months with an average score of 93%.
