The Role
There is a wide variety of activities to do, both in terms of professional training and social events.
Everyone I've encountered was very interested to hear what I have to say.
I never felt uncomfortable when I have a question to ask.
There is quite a good balance between work and study. I have had times where I can focus on professional training materials.
Responsibility was given immediately when you join and gradually increase in scale as you get familiar with the work. I enjoy the gradual increase in responsiblities given to me.
Many of the software development skills were learnt on the job and through trial and error.
The Company
Atmosphere was very relaxing, and encouraging.
Overall, it was a very well organised program.
Many events were organised for us which allowed us to meet different people across the firm as well as training classes.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Already received an offer for its graduate program
The Culture
many social events were organized both by HR and ourselves
London is a relatively expensive place to live but if you manage your finances well, then it can also be enjoyable.
Frequent Thursday after work drinks/dinner was organized to get social with the team members
Many activities/charity events were advertised across the intranet
