The Role
Very well organised with nice events during the summer. Lots of networking amongst interns.
Very good team with a lot of support for the interns.
Good management with genuine interest in your development.
Very busy. Regular hours from 8.30 - 7. But I had a full plate.
Weekly meetings about the project, but other than that I was free to do my thing.
Learned a lot of hands on skills through pure practice.
The Company
Depends on the floor. Trading floor is never dull.
Perfectly organised with big compliments, with a nice farewell event with good food.
Big investment in training and development. Training session organised with high ranking people.
