The Role
The people I worked with were friendly, as were the other interns.
I felt I could ask for help on any task that I struggled with.
There was often little work to do, and this was the most challenging part of the placement, as I felt I was pestering colleagues for work to do.
The general experience of working in a large firm is invaluable.
The Company
There was many office activities going on - from dress down days to charity fund raisers.
The internship started with a three day induction before starting in the office, which set out what the internship would involve, and was very useful... and fun!
Company Parties/Events
I was offered a graduate job at the end of my placement, which I have accepted.
The Culture
There was a black tie event held at the end of the internship which was a fun night, and the interns all got on well in the office and often went out after work together.
There was a 5-a-side football tournament between companies that there was the opportunity to get involved in.
