The Role
Really enjoyed my placement, allowed me to put theory from my degree into real work place situations
I felt part of the team from the moment i started, open door policy with any issues I had.
Same as above, any issues i had with work, they always made time for me to dissuss any issues i had
Well balanced role, was never bored alwyas had something to work on
Loads of responsiblity managing teams, holding meetings and pitching a presentation to senior leaders
my people skills has developed and communication skill while holding meetings etc, the internship has given me an idea on what career path my degree has set me up on. also it has given me invaluable work experience which employers are looking for.

i believe i've worked hard and my manager has seen what i am capable of, just have to wait abit longer to see if i do get kept on.
The Culture
yes, loads of events or social meeting were orgaised with interns aswell as other colleagues.
cost of living was fair and plenty of places to socialise in the area
Cardiff is only 15 minutes away, so there is plenty of nightlife.
loads of activities to do outside work, loads of social clubs avavilble
