Filled with challenges and real life problems which have impact on real world situations.
Was treated as a professional Employee.
There was always someone to guide me.
Wasn't bored, had work daily. Sometimes was a lot busier but gave me a chance to be more involved.
Use to manage teams and their production. For short periods of time (during holidays) use to cover for line manager as well
Gained the kick start I needed and the basic skills to have a competitive edge.
The Company
Every one was joyfull and fun loving.
Everything was organized well, from the welcome to other training sessions.
Was given Lean Six Sigma training and other training according to the job roles we were supposed to fill.

The jobs are well payed and interns who perform well may be recruited depending on the vacancies.
The Culture
There were a lot of night outs and other social events amongst all the interns.
Cardiff was actually cheaper than I thought.
Great atmosphere with polite people.
There were a lot of volunteer programs done by GE Aviation Wales that helped us take part and make a difference in the community.
