About You
It was a very enjoyable and challenging experience that I found very stimulating.
Ernst and Young put a lot of effort into the day and made us feel very welcome and valued.
The team from Ernst & Young running the insight day offered us lots of support and guidance.
We developed some very useful skills developed in a short space of time such as how best to conduct yourself in an interview. There was lots of information about opportunities with Ernst & Young but also more general information that would be useful for any career.
The Company
The day felt very organised with a clear schedule.
It was a great opportunity to meet new and friendly, like minded people who I wouldn't have met under normal circumstances.
Despite it lasting only a day, the company put a lot of effort and resources into the day which helped all participants to develop.
There was lots of careers related information but it felt more about developing our own skills than exploring what a career with EY would be like.
It was only a short space of time but it definitely gave me a feel for Ernst & Young.
A career in professional services is now definitely of interest to me.
Everything Else
Travel expenses were reimbursed
Very good - we had opportunities to meet with employees who worked at the office and recent graduates who had joined the firm.
Opportunities to socialise with both participants on the Insight Day and employees.
Not much information but this wasn't really the purpose of the day.
Definitely - it was a fantastic opportunity and experience
