About You
At times it was quite intense and tiring but the time we spent was definitely well utilised.
We were allocated an EY employee for each team who spent a lot of time with us.
The academy was catered to every different personality.
At times some of the content we were covering about team work and leadership seemed a bit wish washy.
The Company
Every day was jam-packed with different workshops and activities.
The atmosphere was one of high energy. Every participant had a very different personality and the academy embraced every type of team player.
The academy was very intense and well-thought out.
The academy did not cover much of the opportunities available at EY it was mainly focused on us as participants.
Although we had the chance to speak with employees, there was little covered on EY as a firm.
Again, little about careers opportunities or decisions was covered.
Everything Else
It was an unpaid experience.
There was an employee dinner half way through the experience.
There was a meal to meet EY employees.
We had the chance to speak to the EY co-ordinators.
A good way to discover more about core soft skills crucial in the working world.
