    • Had mentors with us throughout the day who gave us a lot of support. EY have kept in touch with all of us since the insight day and have been informing us of more opportunities, so I felt I have received a lot of guidance.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • A really useful day to introduce me to the professional services industry. I have applied for many jobs and other work experience schemes since then and being able to talk about this EY insight day has been really useful in application forms and interviews.

    • Staff were very professional, kept to timings, we were all looked after well.

    • We were given the opportunity to talk to current EY employees and ones closer to our age, giving us a useful insight into the company culture.

    • Being given so much information and the opportunity to actually work on a client case study helped inform my career decision

    • We were given the chance to talk to employees. Perhaps could have had the chance to talk to them in a more informal manner rather than answering questions as a whole group.

    • At lunch we were given a good opportunity to network. They mixed the tables around so we had the chance to talk to new people.
