About You
Full of inspiring activities and discussion about women in leadership and modern concept of leadership.
Very tight group of girls together for 4 days 3 nights, amazing.
The Company
Everyone was so enthusiastic and motivated.
Everything was paid for, the accommodation was wonderful, food as well ;)
There were mostly people who works in audit, so understanding of other service lines was limited.
Sharing from current employees about the firm's ambition and values.
Made me consider audit as a possibility (I thought it was just about numbers)
Everything Else
There were more opportunities to network with other participants, but there were some networking dinner and drinks.
