About You
An amazing experience that was both really useful and enjoyable!
EY put a lot of effort into making us feel very valued, by giving us a variety of different experiences all centred around our own personal development.
Not only were there mentors assigned to each group of 6 but the facilitators were also on hand to give constant support and guidance.
Some of the concepts introduced were very interesting and extremely applicable to any leadership role which will hopefully be very applicable throughout my career!
The Company
There was a large team putting on a very well planned and engaging insight. There were a huge variety of different experiences that could be taken from the variety of activities and opportunities to network with EY employees.
There was excellent atmosphere both between the EY employees and us and it was amazing to meet 23 such talented people, all of whom wanted to learn and improve and this made for a fantastic atmosphere.
This experience was all about personal development and training and the exceptionally high quality sessions which were delivered actually changed a lot of our future ideas, both of our career, our motivations and our leadership.
What was amazing was that this was not in the most part about EY jobs. The majority was about our personal development but there were numerous opportunities to ask questions about the firm and what a full time job would be like.
Whilst I don't know exactly what it would be like to work for EY I think this experience really showed me that the company culture is very much settled around the people who work for EY.
The experience really showed me how much I would value working alongside talented, intellectual people and how I would really enjoy having leadership as part of my role.
Everything Else
All paid on time.
Yes, throughout the whole experience but particularly at a dinner where several Partners were able to come and discuss their work with us.
Really interesting and the social events put on for us were a lot of fun!
There were many opportunities to ask questions about work/life balance and also activities which go on within EY.
Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend!
