The Role
I have enjoyed my time with Arup very much.
It's difficult to answer, I feel like a very small fish in a very large pond of intelligent people.
Normally I receive good guidance from colleagues
Work tends to fluctuate as all my work is Project based I can be very busy at one point and then the next week not have any real work.
Not much but I feel that is the nature of project work when you have no previous experienced. My work is very varied.
I have received a lot of training using advancement modelling systems and have taken part on a sketching course. Both of which will be incredibly useful in the future.
The Company
Good, friendly people.
Not very well, I have no real job as such lined up for me and I have to generate my own work.
Very well, I couldn't of asked for more support investment wise.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I am not sure!
The Culture
Lots of after work social events and lunch time talks.
London is far from cheap!
I don't tend to go out.
Yes but mostly quite expensive
