The Role
As interns, we were treated with the same respect and value as managers, the organisation has a very flat hierarchy. All employees were easily approached and provided positive feedback.
We were given a lot of feedback and assistance in completing our tasks and someone was always able to help.
Had a range of projects and there was always something to do.
We got extensive exposure to the market and clients.
The insight I gained into Finance and the analytical skills I developed have helped be with my final year studies.
The Company
Great atmosphere, fun but hard working.
During the internship we had a lot of sessions and networking events set up for us.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Got offered a full time position.
The Culture
There were a lot of networking events and casual night outs.
London is expensive.
