The Role
No two days were ever the same, every day there was always something new happening. I wasn't stuck doing the same repetitive tasks every day.
They made me feel like I had been with the company for years. They helped me get settled in quickly
My manager was always on hand to give me any help I needed and she even taught me new things as I progressed.
Though I had many things to do each day, with good time planning I didn't feel too rushed off my feet. If there were times where I had a lot going on, other people offered to help me out.
I was given a lot of responsibility from the get go. In my first week I was already sending reports to HQ and by my third week, I was leading my own meetings.
The skills I have developed will definitely help me in the future. I have learnt in terms of using new software and have expanded my Excel knowledge. By already mastering various software, it will look really good on my CV.
The Company
Despite how stressful the industry can be at times, there was always banter in the office and music in the background that kept things light hearted.
As soon as I started, I knew what I was doing and had everything set up within a couple of weeks.
The company paid for me to visit other sites (including ones in other countries) just so I can see and learn more about the company.

The Culture
The HR team were always organising events every week for interns. My site manager always had an event for the site every week too.
Because this placement was in London, it was quite expensive. However, it's easy to travel in from outer London.
There was plenty going on every night
There were always volunteering events going on and team building events
