The Role
It's been very enjoyable but also provides a real insight into work.
I feel like the work I am asked to complete is important and really does matter.
I always have a point of contact for whatever I need.
Sometimes the work fluctuates, however, there was always something that needed doing!
I am always given a large degree of responsibility and am trusted to work on matters independently with minimal review.
The skills are invaluavble and include, amongst others: time management, organisation, drafting and negotiation.
The Company
The office is usually a fun place to work, although there are times when stress levels can increase!
Organisation is ok but at times its hard to understand what is going on.
The company invested time and money into my training.
Company Parties/Events
This is very dependant on the market and the availability of jobs, it remains uncertain.
The Culture
The trainees do socialise quite a bit, although across offices this is generally harder to organise.
About average, no where near as expensive as London.
There is a good nightlife scence in this area and there is always something to do.
There are sports teams, charity work and social events to get involved in.
