The Role
Really well supported by everyone in my team. Manager gave me clear objectives and targets to meet which we discussed beforehand.
Really got stuck into important projects straight away.
weekly meetings with my team to discuss what everyone was doing so we were all on the same page. My manager and I had a 121 meeting every 2 weeks.
I got much busier as the year went on which was good as I learnt so much.
Give a lot of campaigns to manage alone - sole responsibility for delivering to customers.
Think this year will really help me in my final year, giving me a practical understanding of marketing in a big company
The Company
Fun, but hardworking office
start up was tricky but progressed well. Wish there was more company organsied intern events.
Learnt Spanish whilst I was there and went on many marketing courses
