  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a really good experience - was on the GAP Programme working in private sector audit for 6 months

  • Was given plenty of responsibility, felt like my work was valued

  • There was definitely enough work to do every day, the only slightly boring times were when I was not booked to any specific jobs, which was quite uncommon

  • Regional office, so was a bit quieter

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Was fairly well organised, but the GAP joiners joined the office about 3 weeks after all the other new joiners and after the new joiner social, so felt it would have been better if the start date had been the same and could get to know more people

  • Fair amount of training, quite an intensive one-week course before properly starting work

  • The atmosphere is great, all the people are really lovely

  • Fairly cheap, as was in a regional office
