About You
Found it to be one of the most useful one day events I've attended.
All the EY employees were very approachable.
All the tasks we had to do were clearly explained and we were given enough time to do them. We were also given very useful feedback at the end.
Gained client interaction skills, learnt about different behavioural styles.
The Company
Extremely well structured. Lunch with current employees was a good way to find out more about what it was like to work at EY.
Everyone was very warm and friendly.
The tasks set helped me develop important skills.
Only current employees from a few divisions were present at the Insight Day. It would have been nicer to have gained more knowledge about all the divisions at EY.
I found the EY culture to be warm and vibrant.
Got fast-tracked to the first interview for a graduate job.
Everything Else
All travel expenses were reimbursed.
Yes.
Lunch was useful for networking. Also got to meet many people from the recruitment team.
Yes, found out that it is possible to volunteer on a farm.
