The Role
Excellent placement, i was positioned into a team, that looked across the business so i got to understand how each department worked.
A really strong bond with my team, also really good intern community.
My Line manager was great at explaining complex tasks and gave me alot of help during induction, also gave me great tips for getting ahead in business.
How busy i was all depended on what projects the team were working on at the time.
On larger project and i was assigned the help the project run smoothly, on smaller pet projects within the team, they were mine to own and deliver on.
My boss gave me really good tips for succeeding in business and he gave me help with my CV and tips for assessment days and interviews.
The Company
There was always an event happening in the lobby, we got to the O2 for away days.
The placement scheme was good, but there were problems with the induction, but as a member of talentum you have really good oppurtunities to do things and the company make you feel wanted and needed.
There are alot of training days you can do to learn new skills.

I am going to apply for the graduate scheme, which is something interns are activily encouraged to do.
The Culture
Yeh, there was a strong bond between the interns and we met up and went to the pub once a week.
Near london is pretty expensive but the immediate area was quite cheap, but nearby places were very expensive.
No nightlife in Slough, but it is a 20 minute train journey to London and Reading has a strong student community.
Tons of things to do outside work.
