About You
It was a good exposure to the working habits and culture of KPMG
People were willing to go out of their way to make me feel welcomed.
People were willing to go out of their way to aid in the learning process
As a accountancy student, the skills learn for audit will be carried for the rest of my career.
The Company
I felt there could have been a better conclusion done to close off the programme as a whole.
I enjoyed myself and looked forward to work everyday.
I felt more could have been done to introduce the system that the company uses.
The duration was only two weeks, it definitely give an insight to the workings of audit however there are aspects of a full time role that I did not get to explore or experience.
KPMG is a welcoming and enjoyable place to work in. The people oriented culture drives the work done.
I appreciate the insight and its impression on me have been very positive. I look forward to pursuing it as a career after graduation.
Everything Else
I felt for students who were from out of London, more could have been done to help them.
I managed to attend a networking session in Leeds, where I got to meet people from the graduate programme I was interested in.
I felt there were well organised, it gave a better understanding of the firm before work started.
I only managed to find out about social responsibility work that KPMG encourages its employees to perform outside of work, but it was not in great detail.
I feel KPMG's insight programme is definitely the best among the Big 4. It provides practical experience and allows one to experience the working culture.
