The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the placement. The work was interesting and stimulating, the people were approachable and friendly and the two weeks flew by!
The team I spent my time with were very friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was doing real work that was helping my colleagues. I was given feedback after every task as to how I had performed.
Support and guidance by management was fantastic. Any problems faced could be brought up locally and resolved in an email that was sent to everyone. Very few problems were encountered.
I very rarely felt like I had nothing to do, and never felt overly pressured into meeting deadlines. The balance reached was very good.
I felt I was given good levels of responsibility. I was doing the same work as my trainee.
I have developed countless skills and have acquired experience that I can keep with me for life.
The Company
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, there was a very good atmosphere.
The organisation was flawless both before the scheme started and during it.
We were given training on IT, CSR and various skills for the future.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The firm seem to be recruiting and we have been assessed and given the opportunity to get a job at the end of the placement.
The Culture
We went out for lunch, dinner, drinks and played football!
I was able to travel from home.
We went to some very nice bars and enjoyed the nightlife.
There were opportunities to go for meals, drinks, football and cricket.
