The Role
Work was very basic but the department made me feel very welcomed and I understand the greater overall importance of the work which I was undertaking.
Made to feel a part of the team. Thanked for work which I was doing.
Able to ask questions at any opportunity. Never made to feel stupid even if the question had a simple answer.
Some moments did not have much work. Would have been preferred to be given extra but the department is generally not too busy at the moment.
Not much responsibility but did not expect any.
Attention to detail dramatically improved. Learnt how to use the company's house style which will be beneficial if I am offered future employment.
The Company
It was a really great atmosphere. Not exactly 'fun' but very friendly yet professional.
Could have been more structured work.
Could have done more training but placement was only two weeks long.
Subsidised Canteen
Would love future employment with this firm. Very valued staff, friendly atmosphere.
The Culture
Organised socials twice a week.
Company paid for most socials. Leeds is generally a cheap area if you know where to go.
Many bars to choose from.
Only structured socials. No other activity opportunity.
