The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement. I found the work both challenging and interesting, I made some really good friends and was given some helpful career advice. The only downside was the continual assessments and interviews.
The practice area I was in were more than welcoming, I never felt out of place or like I was getting in the way. Everyone was willing to talk to me and anwser my questions.
My trainee supervisor spent a great deal of time explaining everything and answering my questions. Everyone else was more than willing to help.
The amount of work I recieved was balanced well. Obviously my lack of training had to be taken into account. Overall, I was kept busy.
I was given as much responsibility as I practically could have been. Obviously the level was fairly low.
Invaluable work experience that will most defintely help in any career path I take.
The Company
It seemed to be quite a quiet time, but there was still a good atmosphere; everyone was friendly and had a good sense of humour.

Company Parties/Events
I would love to work here.
The Culture
Not as many people joined in as I thought would, but it was still enjoyable.
I am studying in Birmingham at the moment anyway, so it was no different.
Maybe a few more would have been beneficial.
