The Role
I loved it!
Very - Interns were treated with a lot of respect, and people were always willing to help/answer questions/offer their time
Constantly - I had a great relationship with my manager and he always supported and mentored me throughout my placement
I was kept pretty busy but I enjoyed it as I was able to get involved in multiple projects and make the most of my year there
A lot of responsibility - if I didn't do my job someone would have been paid to do it. I really felt valued and appreciated
My business placement hasn't lent itself directly to my politics degree however my maturity, time management, productivity and organisation skills have helped me on my return to university.
The Company
Really fun and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very appreciative of interns and happy to help!
Fantastically well organised and always on hand if any queries
A lot of time was invested in intern development. i was particularly lucky that my manager was supportive.

The Culture
The interns based in the reading office socialised a lot, but not as much with the london interns.

Not the best but close to London
Work kept me pretty busy but I still socialised most evenings!
