  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Fantastic year.

    • The full time guys really made an effort to make all the interns feel like part of the team.

    • We had weekly 1 to 1s (when necessary), and my supervisor made himself completely approachable if I had any issues.

    • Almost a perfect amount of work. Could occasionally get slightly too busy with intern stuff alongside the full time job.

    • Treated pretty much the same as any of the full time employees in terms of the responsibility and tasks given.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I've really found that having a placement has benefitted me both at university and in getting a grad job.

    • My team had a fantastic, friendly atmosphere.

    • The staffing team worked really hard to make sure everything was organised well.

    • Really good library, went to conferences and received online training. Almost everything that I needed was there.

    • I lived with a bunch of other interns, and still keep in touch with quite a few now.

    • Reading is fairly expensive, as its close to London.
