The Role
I got a real insight into the work of a law firm. I received real work of the firm and felt very welcome and valued.
Everyone was very approachable and I felt I was able to ask for help from a trainee, solicitor or partner.
I did get a few projects to do throughout the day but I never really felt I was given too much.
Some.
I now know what is really required of me in a firm and so I know what aspects of my degree and the assignments I am given will help me to develop these skills.
The Company
Laid back but everyone was working hard to complete their work.
Some areas seemed quite disorganised but overall it was organised.
We receieved presentations and I also got to sit in in a few of the weekly training meetings the firm held.
I would love to become a part of the firm full time but it did seem apparent that not everyone would be taken on.
The Culture
I've become very good friends with the people that were in my office. It helped my experience haivng such lovely people there that I got on well with.
Reasonable
Various sporting activities were held that we were encouraged to take part in.
