The Role
Really enjoyed it
Everyone is nice and easy to talk to
Everyone happy to help
Lots to do, but never too much or too little
Quite a lot of responsibility from different members of staff
Gave me a solid foundation but not much advanced skills as my role wasn't completely suited to my degree
The Company
Always lots going on
Well running prrogramme
Lots of development for all staff
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
You are able to skip steps in applying for the graduate programme
The Culture
Many people go to Windsor for a night out and sometimes Reading, both reasonable distances from Slough
Living costs are quite expensive while socialising is reasonable avg. £5 entry to a club
Slough has poor nightlife, but Windsor and Reading are good
Lots of initiatives e.g. Think Big Schools, goThinkBig.com, plus many other activities
