The Role
Challenging, exciting and it gave me opportunities that you would usually have to work 5 years or more to get involved in.
Always incorporated by other colleagues who always looked to get me involved in their projects.
Never left alone to struggle or left without work or with too much work. Was always given help if I asked for it and was regularly guided and helped towards achieving my goals.
Always had work to do but never felt like I was drowning in work.
As much responsibility as could possibly be given to an intern I was given.
I was taught business skills that I will take forward with me through my career. I also learned time management skills and the experience I gained in the business world will forever benefit me.
The Company
Nice within your teams but not too much interaction.
Great thought had been put into making sure to challenge every intern and make sure that they were offered interesting work that would be of benefit to them.
We were given training in soft skills as well as personal training via our line managers in the areas we were involved in. We were also challenged to seek to learn more from other experts around the office.

Been offered a place on the graduate scheme.
The Culture
Regularly socialised at lunch and after work on Fridays.
Expensive due to it being London and, moreover, Canary Wharf but is to be expected for the wages offered.
canary wharf did not offer much beyond some interesting bars but London as a whole is great.
Yes but very much of your own making.
