The Role
It was the most challengingly rewarding job i cold ever imagine. I was pushed to my limits and couldn't possible receive the same training and experience anywhere else
I met some of the most exceptionally hard working young people i could ever meet in m whole entire life. To meet so many fired up inspired and determined people in one place was incredible. I would have never been able to make it without all their support. The only way this job is possible and doable is due to the selflessness and encouragement of the team mates we pumped each other constantly and made each other better at our jobs.
I not only had my sister a a manager who had years of experience but we also received first hand face to face guidance from the PRESIDENT of the company several times. It made it feel like we were all on the same level in essence of respect for each other. I was overwhelmed by all the support we received from not only managers on the field but those at headquarters too. P.S. received late night guidance tips daily.
The days constantly changed which i loved there was literally no time for boredom or you weren't doing the job right in my opinion. Constantly met new people and encountered wonderful families. Some days may have felt long but i only realised after i was done for the night, as time flies when you're having fun.
I was literally running the show as i had full control of my business and the way i ran things AND i still had full support from Managers/Company if i needed assistance of any kind. The best of both worlds.
I can already see the skills that this job has imported on me, as a medical student my communication skills have increased incredibly. My ability to problem solve is unbelievable even for me as prior to this i was prone to freaking out as opposed to know. Also my time management skills have improved impressively (so many hours in the day now).
The Company
It was as entertaining as work can get sometimes even more so. My favourite part was the unpredictability of the whole day, each day there was something new happening.
By the time i began my work everything was in place and i felt pretty confident (for a first day)
Once again literally everything we had guidance from the student managers all the way to the president of the company.

stayed with a host family who requested we don't pay ($25) weekly rent and had sightseeing every Sunday which was incredibly reasonably priced
sleep was my favourite pastime at night and talking to family on Skype (if that counts as nightlife)
during sightseeing
