The Role
Well structured, great fun socially but job not completely suited to personal skills
Had the opportunity to contribute in all aspects of team work
Manager often away and colleagues often busy with their own work - difficult to approach but extremely helpful at times.
Always had jobs to do but never extremely rushed
Surprised by the amount of responsibility given
Always have experiences to draw on for studies
The Company
Quite subdued which is not ideal personally
Extremely well organised - campus recruitment have done an excellent job
Training provided at the beginning was outstanding and some ongoing training good but certain masterclasses poorly organised
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Extremely appealing
The Culture
Extremely good social scene. Would like to see encouraged activities at weekends for those not from London.
Obviously much more expensive than student scene
Very good but ends early as people head into the city
Lots organised
