The Role
Yet to finish it but i'm enjoying the change from education.
Definetly treated like any other collegue regardless of experience or age.
Very helpful, people would go out of their way to help me.
Depends on whether i am working on a client or not. At first when i had no clients it was quite quiet but starting works on client i was generally given a fair amount to do.
Surprising amount considering i just left school and have no experience in this field whatsoever.
So far i have learnt a lot and it will definetly be beneficial for me in the future
The Company
Professional but friendly. People got on with their jobs but always willing to be friendly.
As a gap year trainee i was treated like a graduate in terms of work given, so there wasn't really a specific set up just for the gap trainees.
Everyone would always try and help me develop my skills and teach me new things.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
I have more conacts now in this organisation and i will defienlty consider a future career here.
The Culture
Socials were arranged and enjoyable to attend.
It's London so expensive.
It's London, the nightlife is always good.
So far none, but i have heard about volunteering stuff but i can't really judge it at this time.
