The Role
It is the hardest yet most rewarding experience I have ever had, such a sense of accomplishment upon completion, nothing beats that feeling of knowing you can do anything.
Everyone is in the same boat and encouraging and we all work as a team and root for each other, always recognising each others accomplishments
As much as I wanted or needed, constant coaching and advice, never felt like I could not ask for help, open door policy of the best kind.
You work long and hard for 3 months, 6 days a week so you are very busy - really need to learn to focus and just be in the moment
Helped managed those doing the job for the first time, planning trips, coaching and training other, in the end it's up to you how much of a leader you want to be
You learn so much, the thing I love about it is that they are all trasnferable skills that you can use in ANY job/career you end up in and not only that but mostly, you learn so much about yourself and things you can do to better yourself and apply that to your future relationship like marriage and parenting
The Company
It is what you make of it, you work solo everyday so you need to create an atmosphere for yourself hen meeting tons of families everyday
For the most part everything is set up, sometimes host families still need to be found but I had the most fun finding my own host family this summer and they were THE best part of the summer cannot wait to go back and visit them!!!!
If you work hard and do as you are advised you will be 100% prepared

It's really up to you and how hard you work and how much you enjoy it and want to carry it forward, if you are sharp, work hard and want to continue working with them you will have the best time
The Culture
You become a family pretty quickly and the camaraderie is the best, as the summer goes along yo get to better now people and throughout the year at different event you get to form great lasting relationships
My host family were awesome and we did not pay any rent but usually it's very minimal anyways we did a lot of touristy thing which weren't too pricey either
When everyone gets together we sure know how to play hard, whether it in Mexico, or Nashville or Budapest or just back in our local towns
Many, business trips, incentive trips that you can win like going to Cancun, team bonding, award banquets
