About You
Thoroughly enjoyed from beginning to end.
The time, effort and resources that staff put into the LA proves that EY value their candidates.
Approx. 10 EY staff attend the Leadership academy, all who were approachable and helpful. Teams are assigned a facilitator (EY service line staff) for the academy, who students can build a good rapport with. Experts in the latest thinking in leadership development gave fantastic insight into your own leadership style.
Expert knowledge and development of your own personal leadership style assists not only in degree studies but in extra curricular areas.
The Company
Structure was well balanced and well defined.
A fun and friendly atmosphere although it is an intense environment, allowing for increased learning and personal development.
As mentioned in previous comment, experts in leadership development and EY staff from each service line provided high quality training and development throughout the academy.
The academy is more focused on personal development rather than a specific role within a firm. Any questions about full time roles/service lines will be answered!
Valuable in the sense that the Leadership Academy confirmed that I want to work with EY. The content of the academy didn't influence my choice of service line directly but provided an opportunity to discuss this with the staff present.
Everything Else
Every part of the Leadership Academy presents an opportunity to network and meet a diverse range of employees from Graduate Recruiters to Partners.
Opportunity through enquiring with EY staff at academy.
