The Role
The first few months were quite good as there was a lot of learning involved however after that it started getting a bit repetitive and i felt like every day was going to be the same with no differences or challenges
Sometimes i felt that i could be given more to do. I am not quite sure the tasks given matched the amount or level i could perform
it was always very easy yo contact my manager and get help from them at any point.
There were times when there was not much actual work to do.However, if you wanted to work you could always ask around to see if anyone needed help with anything
Not much
Skills will help a lot with my degree espcially the systems engineering part. Moreover, learning to settle down within a working environment was a great experience
The Company
not too much going on, the office was generally quiet as people would concentrate mainly on doing their job
well structured and balance.worked on various different projects through out and managed to get an insight in different areas of the company
Great pay and there were loads on online courses available to help improving skills
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
there are loads of plans for future graduates. These positions seem hard to get unless you have already done an internship with GE before
The Culture
There is a very group of interns and apprectinces so the atmosphere was very good
expensive to travel to the place and expensive food in the canteen
Didnt go out so dont know
many events involving community projects available
