The Role
Extremely tough but the rewards can be great if you work hard and have the right attitude. You gain valuable life skills.
Everyone is super positive and out to help one another. Before and after the placement.
Without it you wouldnt succeed. They truly want you to succeed so they offer all the help they can.
Long days. Six days a week.
Mainly on my own. But given the responsibility for running my own small business and everything involved in that.
As i said. Hugely important life skills.
The Company
Everyones positive.
A lot of it is left to you but thats the nature of the game. Support systems are always there.
They really invest in you.

Just wasnt for me but some people make brilliant careers out of it. Im still close with the people i worked with.
The Culture
Made some friends for life.
I worked california and my expenses were high.
Didnt have a chance.
Activities on sundays but apart from that not really.
