The Role
The combination of the intern community and real responsibility in the job role was great.
Colleagues were respectful and friendly.
Regular 1:1 meetings - and approachable management ensured that you had support when ever you needed it.
I had a great work life balance, so some days were busier than others.
Certain tasks I was responsible for - had they not been completed, the team would miss important deadlines.
Invaluable soft and professional skills.
The Company
Team members were light hearted, open and lively.
Regular communications from the recruitment team and easy to get in touch with them too.
Personal objectives were set up at the beginning including goals for the job role and personal development goals.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I have an interview!
The Culture
A great intern community, a great social scene.
It isn't London, so pretty affordable.
Student clubs and bars for the local university so it was cheap and cheerful.
I personally did not get involved in many activities.
