About You
Both the activities included over the course of the academy and the people made the experience really enjoyable.
Full marks here! We were working into groups of 6, having individual facilitator who provided guidance and feedback throughout the academy.
The insight was about developing yourself as a leader and communicating effectively with others. It focused mostly on the soft skills needed to succeed in you career.
The Company
It was very well structured and included group work, case studies activities as well as informal socializing events. We even had the opportunity to talk to a partner from the company at a dinner event.
Everyone was very friendly. The people do make the experience really enjoyable.
It was all about personal development without being assessed.
It was only a leadership academy and we weren't even in any of the offices but we had the time to ask the facilitators what it is like to be working there and we could get a feeling of what the atmosphere in the firm would be like.
It furthered my interest in working for EY for sure.
Everything Else
We had a special dinner event with around 10 people from different departments where EY offers graduate jobs so you could talk to someone whatever your chosen field is.
I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn something new about his or her professional image and skills, and meet new people with similar interests.
