The Role
This was a great placement, I benefited so much from it and would recommend it to anyone.
It is a really close knit team at Enterprise and everyone works so well together to get the best from the team.
I was given a lot of support but they also believe in letting you do your own thing and make your own mistakes as this is how you learn.
I was incredibly busy on placement however this was not a negative as it meant I got so much from my placement year.
There was at least once a week where I would be left in charge of the branch to literally run the show, I loved this responsibility.
Enterprise really has impacted me forever, I am a compelely different person to what I was a year ago and I feel ready for the working world.
The Company
There was never a dull moment in the office, it was an extremely fun place to work.
Like us Enterprise are still learning how to make the placement seamless but it was well organised and gets better every year.
I got predominantly on the job training but also completed a 1 year training package whilst I was there and sat my management qualification exams.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
There are so many amazing opportunities with Enterprise, you can literally go wherever you want with them.
The Culture
So many branch and area nights out as well as reward trips to places like Barcelona and Dublin.
I worked in the east midlands so it was very cheap and the social scene is great.
The nightlife where I worked is so fun, and also very cheap which helps.
Lots of opportunities to get involved with activities outside of work with colleagues.
