The Role
The work environment was challenging but also provided a lot of scope for development and growth. It motivated me for future and gave an insight into corporate life
I did not feel like a trainee but was treated with a lot of respect. I was on par with everyone in the organisation and that boosted my morale
I did receive a lot of guidance initially when it was most needed, thereafter I was also given space to work and grow. Seniors were always there whenever required though
Most days were very busy with continuous line up of work but sometimes also got a chance to be free and interact with others and learn different things
Good amount of responsibility and individual projects as well after few months
They have already assisted me a lot. My ability to communicate in a team, my self confidence and understanding of the artwork process has greatly improved.
The Company
Fast paced like most offices but lots of scope for interacting with others and gaining from their experiences
Quite systematic and methodical, gradual learning process
Had a few general training sessions on time management and planning but not much
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Reasonable chances for employment as they did get a chance to assess my abilities hands on and even mentioned the same
The Culture
Good options on social scene, many options in same vicinity itself
Nothing too alarming to mention, similar to most areas that side
Couple of options were available nearby, with club located quite close
Local club had option for few special classes and activities
