The Role
Every bit of he work was enjoyable and provided a valuable learning in many areas
They treated everyone as an equal and I was not ignored at any stage
Complete support from the beginning to end along with required amount of freedom
Quite busy but since it is retail there were times of peak season and off season
Quite a bit, considering I am still at the beginning of my learning curve
Very beneficial, the hands on training in real environment completely beats everything else
The Company
Relaxed atmosphere most of the time, except in peak season when there is a lot happening
It was relatively decently organised but such things take adjustment initially
Not too many formal training sessions, more of on the job interactions
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Seems quite good, immediate superiors did encourage to come back and speak to them
The Culture
Quite active since the locality was quite central
Similar to most areas around, but also depends on your own lifestyle
Many options available because it was in one of the main areas
Yes, all options available including gyms and classes
